The Role
Working closely with the Directors, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the administrative and operational functions of the business. Your role will be critical in helping Trailblazer transition from a task-driven environment to a well-organised operation built on strong processes and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office and administrative operations
Manage purchasing, supplier coordination, and stock control
Organise and control goods in/out, ensuring accurate records and timely deliveries
Implement, document, and maintain office systems and procedures
Support the Directors with administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate logistics, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain accurate records across systems and spreadsheets
Supporting sales with admin follow-up
About You
2+ years' experience in an admin or operations role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Competent with Microsoft Excel and administrative systems
Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
