We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join us to provide Administration support at Head Office and be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, both at reception and answering calls.

The Key responsibilities of the role are:-

Manage all head office meeting rooms to ensure they are set up prior to any meeting and are kept clear & tidy. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail. Co-ordinate all deliveries to Head Office Drawings Register - Print drawings and transfer to Sharepoint for approval by Surveyors Provide photocopying and printing to support the business when required. Responsible for managing all the general enquiries to the Administration mailbox. Manage requests for office supplies and stationery from Head Office and Sites staff ensuring their requirements are met. Responsible any other office administration when required. Provide support for all general facilities queries, escalating when required Maintain Head office maintenance spreadsheet and liaise with Customer Care Operative Provide Administration support to H & S Manager.
We are looking for the following experience:-

Proven experience in an administration role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and solve problems quickly. Full UK driving licence (desirable)
