NLTC is a regulated awarding body for qualifications, providing qualifications such as First Aid at Work and Transport Manager CPC.
We are looking for an office administrator to join our team in providing support and administration to our approved training centres. This will include:
Uploading qualifications to databases
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Responding to enquiries from centres, in a friendly and appropriate manner
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
Supporting other administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations
We have over 300 centres across the UK, which we are proud to state, that we have a first class relationship with. This position will require the applicant to have a positive, cheerful, and professional attitude, as this is essential in maintaining our relationship with our centres. It also maintains the friendly atmosphere within the workplace.
The role is office based on Monday to Friday; however, on some occasions Friday can be worked from home.
The required skills for the role are:
Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Competent typing skills with a good understanding of administrative procedures
Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to new software systems and office processes
Full training for this role will be provided.
