Roles and Responsibilities
General Administration
Provide day?to?day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate schedules, and general planning activities.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure tasks and requests are handled efficiently.
Adapt to changing priorities and assist with ad?hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Data & Reporting
Develop and maintain spreadsheets and simple reports to support team decision?making.
Organise, input and manage data across a variety of web?based systems and portals.
Monitor key information and highlight any issues or inconsistencies to the relevant team members.
Customer & Internal Support
Provide clear and proactive updates to colleagues, and customers.
Handle queries professionally and work to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Office & Operational Support
Assist with the processing of orders, paperwork, and documentation.
Support the wider team in problem?solving tasks and issue resolution.
Help maintain organised filing systems--digital and physical--to ensure information is easily accessible.
Carry out basic compliance, checking or verification tasks as directed.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), including confidence working with data.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone and email manner.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a problem?solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast?paced environment and managing multiple tasks at once.
Salary:
24,800 to 27,800 per annum dependant on experience
Holidays:
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays which will increase after 2 years' service by one day per year, up to a maximum of 27 days plus bank holidays. Option to purchase additional leave.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 3pm
