About the Role



? Part Time employed customer facing reception position, 21 hours based across the clinics in Wymondham and Diss, but please note we have an Eaton clinic in NR4 in Norwich and you may need to cover at this clinic for staff sickness / annual leave on an odd occasion so a car driver would be ideal.

Regular hours are :

Monday 2.30pm to 8.30pm

Tuesday 8am to 2pm

Friday 1pm to 7pm

Plus a 1 in 2 Saturday or Sunday shift from 8am to 2pm

? Support required to complete finance admin tasks when not customer facing and to lead other team members by ensuring team efficiency ? Demonstration of self and team leadership skills essential ? Access to a team of supportive and experienced clinicians across the Back in Motion and Feet in Motion group to understand the industry sector if no previous experience in health necessary

? Potential for job role to be or expand to full time and /or to take on increased responsibility and business management for the right candidate through appraisal process

? Company Pension available to all employed staff.

We operate a 2 stage interview process.

Starting with initial Google Meet interviews for 10 to 15 mins from 10th to 21st November 2025 and a longer second stage in person interview on Monday 24th November 2025.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
