Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our small husband and wife team. To be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting the Directors of the business. This role requires excellent organisational skills, effective communication, and a strong proficiency in office software. The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Directors of the business and enhancing overall productivity.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records, CRM (internal software), Microsoft OneDrive.
Utilise Google Suite, OneDrive, Canva, CRM (internal Software) for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
Support the directors with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate workflow.
Prepare reports and presentations as required, demonstrating strong computer skills.
Social media scheduling and organising.
Skills
Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
Creative interest to help with marketing.
Understanding of social media.
