Office Administrator

Our client, a leader in their field. Are looking for an individual to join their growing team, based in their Glasgow office.

Providing full administrative support to a large variety of contractors, you will be responsible for the coordination of invoicing, relating to time and expenses booked as well as collecting required documentation to support the payments. Alongside the above duties, you will also work heavily with the Office and Operations Manager provding full administrative support.

Duties:

  • Reviewing time booking of forensic investigators prior to invoicing
  • Working with forensic investigators to identify missing/incorrect time booking prior to invoicing
  • Working with Operations support staff to identify missing / incorrect case file information prior to invoicing
  • Working with the Office Manager Team Lead and Operations Manager to identify and implement process improvements
  • As well as providing general operational support to the business.
The Individual:
  • Previous administrative / coordination experience
  • Confident and professional communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise work load
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced role, adapt, suggest, and make changes to processes as well as to manage their own workload and use their own initiative
  • Intermediate \xe2\x80\x93 Advanced on all MS packages
  • Experience / knowledge on Dynamics or Power BI would be an advantage
