We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various office software and excellent communication skills to manage tasks efficiently.
Duties
Input patient bookings with accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain and organise office records, files, and documentation systematically.
Provide clerical support including typing, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate clinical supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office management software, including Jane ap. (our clinical management software), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction within the team and with external contacts.
Comfortable being front of house and communicating with the public in a friendly confident manner.
