About The Role:
As part of our continued growth, we're searching for detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our HR, HSE and Back Office functions. This role is vital in ensuring compliance, efficient administrative support and the smooth coordination of both HR and HSE processes within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of admin tasks in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Human Resources (HR):

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment (invite to interview, regret letters etc), onboarding, and induction processes
  • Coordinate staff training requests, training agreements etc
  • Carry out employment checks (PVG/MOD applications)
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
  • Maintain HSE documentation (risk/DSE assessments etc)
  • Organise safety training and toolbox talks for employees
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness across all departments
Office:
  • Support back-office departments with communications, correspondence, phone calls, invoicing etc
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors and clients
  • Provide any other admin support as required
About you:
Requirements
  • Certification in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organisational skills
