RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a business that drives the UK's transition to cleaner, greener energy through innovative renewable projects.


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Glasgow office and help keep our growing business running smoothly.

The Role

You will play a key part in keeping our fast-paced renewable energy business running efficiently. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines office management, administration, and project support across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Welcome visitors and manage front-of-house reception.


Order and manage office supplies and inventory. Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate calendars. Maintain company correspondence and filing systems. Process staff expenses and manage travel bookings. Organise, lead internal events, and team activities.

Project Support:

Manage and maintain project control documents for Development and Delivery teams. Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and process coordination. Maintain accurate data for the project pipeline and key milestones across our UK/Finland/Sweden businesses. Prepare and process weekly payment runs and project-related administration.

We are looking for someone who is:

Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail oriented. Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment. A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal. Experienced in office administration, ideally within construction, engineering, or renewables (advantageous but not essential). Proficient with Microsoft Office and general business software systems.

What We Offer

Salary: 27,500 - 35,000 (dependent on experience). Full-time, permanent position based in Glasgow City Centre (onsite). The opportunity to join a growing company in the renewable energy sector. Supportive, collaborative work environment with real scope for development.
