Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-3pm.

The Role

:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active, professional, and highly organised Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Office Manager and Directors with day-to-day administrative work of a busy and diverse office.

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, an ability to take responsibility for a large variety of administrative tasks, and to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office Manager and Directors. Maintaining records and databases, including fleet vehicle documentation. Assist with invoices and general financial administration using NAV software. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, word processing and typing, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills. Supporting with the coordination of meetings for Directors. Maintain an effective and well-organised filing system. Order and manage office supplies and stationery, including procurement. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails and letters ensuring a timely and professional responses. Collate, and format confidential reports, presentations, and supporting materials. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key internal and external contacts. Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, distribution of post and booking meeting rooms. Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, tickets, and accommodation. Additional tasks may be required from time to time within the general scope of the role.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:



Experience in an administration role or similar Strong organisational, time-management and multitasking abilities with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines, being highly organised, efficient, and accurate. Confident decision-making skills with the ability to anticipate needs and use initiative. A flexible and adaptable approach to varied duties. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. High IT literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new software. A full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
