To provide Admin Support at our Welham Green office, in our busy Lift Construction Department and be responsible for providing admin in an effective and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Provide daily support as follows;
Purchase Ordering/GRN of orders
Printing Timesheets, manuals etc
Booking training, etc
Ordering supplies for engineers
Booking plant hire
Maintaining files
Filing
Any other adhoc duties where required by Office/Contruction Manager.
