We're growing by acquisition and we are seeking an
Office Administrator
to join our team at our HQ in Haverhill, Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, creative environment with opportunities to grow as the business expands.
Key responsibilities:
First point of contact for clients and visitors (in person or by phone), directing them to the appropriate team.
Enquiry Handling - Process enquiries, providing information to clients and visitors in an efficient and accurate manner. Complete Customer Enquiry Forms detailing requirements and providing quotations where practicable.
Oversee collection of goods and vehicles, taking payments and ensuring high customer service standards.
Administrative Support - Scheduling appointments/ meetings, filing, data entry, document preparation, shredding and archiving processes.
Maintaining a presentable Reception environment for visitors.
Mail, Deliveries and Despatch - Receive, sort, and distribute mail. Coordinate deliveries ensuring goods are checked and promptly distributed to correct locations.
Support the despatch of goods.
Produce Job Packs as necessary.
Oversee the Work Schedule, resolving queries and conflicts escalating to management as necessary.
Communicating with Customers regarding quotation acceptance, reminders, scheduling, outstanding actions, etc..
Producing monthly performance reports.
Carry out other reasonable administrative or coordination tasks as requested by management, aligned with the role.
Qualifications:
Mandatory skills:-
Ability to multitask with good organisational and logistical skills.
IT literate.
High level of Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
Driven and motivated.

This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week.
