We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join a small and close-knit team in a welcoming office environment based in Hemel Hempstead on a part time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is proactive with a flexible and adaptable approach, ideally someone with previous experience within an administrative/customer service position.

This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are 8:30am to 5pm, this role is paying up to \xc2\xa325K depending on candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience. Duties to include:

  • Support manager with day to day up keep of accounts and general admin.
  • Booking meetings for visitors/staff and contractors.
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth running of office and working environment.
  • Managing/Organising all IT requirements and support where required.
  • Monitoring stock, staff expenses.
  • Carrying out daily office checks.
Candidate requirements:
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player.
  • Excellent IT skills \xe2\x80\x93 Understanding of Windows, Word, Excel, Internet essential.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated but willing to take the instruction.
