The Role
We are seeking a proactive and well organised Office Administrator - Site Support to support site teams in the delivery of Core Services and Billable Works across our MoD contract sites. This is a key support role working closely with engineers, contractors and end users to ensure all administrative and contractual requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Core and Billable Works activities
Monitor KPIs, job volumes and job status using Maximo (training provided)
Ensure engineers have correct paperwork and certificates completed on time
Maintain FGAS and emergency lighting registers
Manage work orders, job packs and supporting documentation
Support Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS availability
Book contractors on site and support inductions and escorts
Assist with Billable Works costings, invoices and completion certificates using Excel
About You
Previous experience in an administration role
Confident working with site teams, engineers and contractors
Strong IT skills (Excel, Word experience desirable)
Well organised, proactive and able to work on own initiative
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
