Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in, our office is based in Hertford. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting our team to provide excellent contracting services to social housing and council clients.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations.
Coordinate engineers diaries.
Maintain accurate records and data entry using Microsoft Office.
Maintain installation & maintenance trackers.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation for projects.
Support invoicing with our finance officer.
Contribute to a positive and efficient office environment.
Understanding systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Previous experience working within a team
