We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior office experience. A background in logistics would be advantageous. Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
Assist with scheduling staff and plant
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents with attention to detail
Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
Knowledge of data entry procedures and clerical practices
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in administrative roles involving office management or logistics is preferred
