Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment, supporting various departments and ensuring seamless communication across teams.

Duties



Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organisation Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Utilise accounting software for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Support team members with organisational needs, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars Assist with correspondence via email including the use of the company CRM system. Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times

Experience



Proven office experience or administrative background is desirable Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Demonstrated typing speed and data entry accuracy Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette Previous experience in clerical roles or administrative support is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
