Duties
Managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure organisational efficiency
Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation both physically and digitally
Performing data entry tasks accurately
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for staff members
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Coordinating with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Skills
Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Strong administrative experience with familiarity in clerical tasks and record keeping
Good phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with general office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephony systems
