We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Duties



Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately Maintain and update organisational records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is current and correct including Payroll. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required Utilise Xero for basic financial record keeping and invoicing tasks Organise files both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information Support other administrative staff with clerical duties to facilitate efficient office operations

Requirements



Proven office experience or administrative background Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is desirable including payroll . Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions Knowledge of general clerical procedures and office management practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Driver preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
