Job Overview:



We are seeking a tech-savvy and highly organized Office Administrator to support the smooth and efficient operation of our computer and IT services company. The ideal candidate will handle a range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring our team is supported and our office runs like clockwork. This is a key support role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to IT project teams, managers, and technical staff.

Manage office operations including procurement of IT and office supplies, vendor communication, and inventory tracking.

Organize team schedules, meetings, and appointments using calendar tools and collaboration platforms.

Prepare and format technical documents, client proposals, service agreements, and reports.

Maintain and organize digital records, client files, software license documents, and equipment logs.

Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes for employees, including tech setup and access permissions.

Support accounting and finance tasks, such as handling purchase orders, invoice tracking, and petty cash.

Liaise with clients and vendors, ensuring timely communication and service coordination.

Assist in organizing company events, product launches, webinars, and internal training sessions.

Handle general front-office tasks including phone calls, mail distribution, and visitor management.

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an IT or tech environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).

Comfortable with basic tech tasks (e.g., setting up workstations, basic troubleshooting, managing hardware records).

Ability to learn and use industry-specific software and systems quickly.

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

Interest or background in technology and digital tools.

Familiarity with IT terms, software, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.

Working Conditions:

Office-based position with a collaborative tech team.

Standard business hours (e.g., 9am-5pm), with occasional need for schedule flexibility during major projects or launches.
