We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Italian Speaking Office Administrator to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent phone etiquette.
You will work in our London office 5 days a week
Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm

You might be required to do external commissions for the office and our accountant, such as going to the post office, visiting other offices, etc.
Duties
Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Support financial tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and record-keeping.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
You might work in connection with our accountant.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role and legal office is preferred.
Proficiency in computerised systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
While a law degree is preferred, applicants with comparable qualifications or relevant experience in the legal field are also encouraged to apply.
