Office Administrator - Join Our Friendly Team!



Are you an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Office Administrator looking for a busy and varied role?

We're seeking a confident individual to be the backbone of our office operations, supporting our sales, customer service, and logistics functions.

This is an office-based role with no possibility of remote work.



The position requires working from our Keighley office,



Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.



The Role: What you'll be doing



This is a hands-on role at the heart of our business, ensuring a smooth flow from order to delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Order Processing & Logistics:



Handling incoming orders from customers and sales representatives via phone and email. Accurately processing all sales orders through our internal systems. Managing order despatch, including using various courier booking systems for collections. Monitoring and processing e-commerce orders from our Shopify sites. Creating labels and managing shipments using Royal Mail Click & Drop. Liaising with the warehouse team regarding stock levels and order status. Assisting with final order checks before despatch.

Customer & Account Management:



Being the primary point of contact for our service customers, providing them with necessary information and reports. Managing customer accounts, including taking and processing payments. Communicating with stores and sales representatives regarding account inquiries. Proactively chasing overdue accounts and resolving payment queries. Responding efficiently to all general email and telephone enquiries.

Stock Control & Administration:



Maintaining accurate stock control records and placing necessary orders to replenish inventory. General office support and administration duties.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in a busy Office Administration or Sales Support role. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional telephone manner. A high level of organisation and meticulous attention to detail. Strong IT proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.

A Strong Advantage:



Prior experience with Sage 50 Accounts is a significant benefit. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with systems such as Zoho and Shopify is a significant benefit.
