Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Support Services Administrator (37.5 hours p/w) to join our friendly team at one of our sites in Corby, Kettering or Wellingborough. This is an exciting 6-month opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes in a charity that empowers adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support across Teamwork's central services and to the Senior Leadership Team.
Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and maintaining staff records.
Assist with Health & Safety documentation and compliance reporting.
Prepare meeting papers, agendas and minutes.
Act as the main point of contact for HR, IT, Health & Safety, website, social media and e-news - managing queries and supporting collaborative projects.
Contribute to a positive and professional organisational culture across all centres.
What You'll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
2+ years' administrative experience in a busy environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct
High attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable Skills & Experience
Understanding of HR, Health & Safety or governance processes.
Experience working with adults with additional needs.
Access to your own transport and ability to travel between sites.
