Office Administrator

to join our friendly team in Kettering.

The Role



Reporting to the

Contract Support Manager

, you'll play a vital role in providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and distributing final laboratory reports and certificates Managing and monitoring key inboxes Recording staff annual leave and sickness Maintaining accurate records of all staff training Keeping an up-to-date register of company assets Assisting with the coordination and documentation of equipment calibration Arranging travel and accommodation for engineers, including hotels, flights, and ferries Monitoring and replenishing office supplies Creating and supplying logbooks for clients Representing Sayvol as a professional and reliable service partner.

About You



You'll bring a positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and composure.

Experience & Skills:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong IT literacy - capable of analysing data and producing clear reports. Proven ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively. Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.
