Experienced Office Administrator

with a wide range of skills to join our friendly team.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Caton near Lancaster. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to work independently and as part of small team. You will be required to maintain a high quality of service at all times. We are looking for a mature individual who will

hit the ground running

and

make this role their own.



A problem-solving attitude is essential and flexibility and adaptability are also required to keep up with our varied workplace. No day will ever look the same in this role, so if you are looking for something with variety, this is certainly the position for you.

Key Responsibilities



General



Act as the first point of contact for owners and visitors, providing a professional and courteous service.

Support the Director with day to day business across all Parks

Accounts:

Payroll, invoicing and general accounts

Sales

: Conduct listing viewings with prospective buyers, answer enquiries, follow up and liaise with Sales Team

Prepare sales paperwork, payments and support owner onboarding. Ensure listings are "owner ready" before move-in

Inspections

: Perform inspections and ensure current listings are suitable for viewings

Maintenance:

Log condition reports, maintenance requests, concerns with the Maintenance Team.

Advertising



Leads:

Identify and nurture high-quality prospects, working closely with sales to convert leads into opportunities.

Social Media Execution:

Create and manage engaging content across platforms to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

External Marketing Support:

Collaborate with partners to deliver consistent, compelling messaging and liaise with Sales Team

Required Skills & Experience



Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working independently

Good IT skills and competency with CRMs and databases

Good working knowledge of social media and marketing

Trustworthiness, reliability, professionalism

Experience working with accounts

Ability to work outside scheduled hours if required

Job Type: Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm

Pay: negotiable depending on experience from 13.50
