The Role



As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our sales and logistics operations. You'll work closely with our sales, transport and purchasing team to help coordinate orders, maintain accurate documentation, and support customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:



Be first contact on the phone and face to face in reception Provide administrative support to the Sales and Logistics teams Manage visitors, social functions, consumable purchasing and site services Process sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery documentation Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems Support compliance with industry and safety standards Assist with general office administration and filing

About You



We're looking for someone who is organised, dependable, and efficient, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:



Previous administrative experience (preferably in a sales, logistics, or manufacturing environment) Strong computer skills (MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently
