Job Description

The Office Administrator provides high-level, professional administrative support to a wide range of business functions and areas. This is a busy and varied role working across multiple departments in a high growth, dynamic business. We are looking for a self-starter and can offer potential for early progression.




Requirements:




Minimum of two years' experience working in a similar role Demonstrate a proven track record in a varied administrative role, working in a similar commercial environment Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and Outlook Excellent written, oral and listening skills Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Proactive and self-motivated



Responsibilities:




Work as part of the administration and operations team to contribute to the growth and efficiency of all operational functions and the smooth running of the office Provide administrative support across multiple departments in the business including Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Success Work with the Business Operations team to develop business processes Assist with the documentation and management of Standard Operating Procedures Meeting administration including scheduling, calendar management, agendas, presentation templates, minute taking and distribution, and managing action items Manage meeting update content on internal employee networking platform Viva Engage Assist with monitoring and following up on compliance tasks Administrative support to the executive team including travel bookings Assist with travel queries, visa documentation, and travel platform reviews Purchasing and processing of scientific journal requests International and domestic postal arrangements Assist with the logistics and organization of global meetings and company events General administrative and office management support including answering phones, welcoming visitors, collecting mail, document management, and maintaining office supplies Fire marshal and first aider




Please note, this role requires five days per week onsite at our HQ in Litlington, Cambridgeshire.
