Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and supporting office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Duties



Inputting social media sales into the system using Excel Ordering cleaning supplies and keeping a log to ensure we are well-stocked Managing inventory of office supplies; ordering stationery when the need arises Covering the telephone in reception during busy periods Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing Responsible for all various general office duties as directed by the supervisor

Skills



Over 2 years of experience in a similar Admin role Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams Excellent command of Excel spreadsheets Excellent typing speed with high accuracy levels Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Effective phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Used to working in a busy environment and being flexible and agile to change.
