Proline Corporation Ltd are a manufacturing company based in Gillmoss Industrial Estate, Liverpool, L11 0EE. We specialise in the production of quality fabrications and offer a range of products, including servery counters and high-end joinery to the commercial catering sector.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who is a team player and must be able to multitask in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices on Sage 50, matching to deliveries and reconciling supplier statements
Credit control and chasing overdue invoices
Processing Payroll
Processing customer sales orders on
Sage 50
Credit card reconciliations
Handling Customer/Client enquiries by phone, email and in person
General office administration, monitoring and updating records accurately.
Assisting Senior management when required with adhoc duties.
Preparing Excel spreadsheets and reports
Setting up internal meetings and providing refreshments.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years' experience using Sage 50 Payroll or equivalent
Strong administrative background
Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence
