Mon Interiors is an award-winning interior architecture and design studio based in North Wales, working across residential and commercial projects throughout the region and beyond.
We are a detail-driven, design-led practice with a strong brand ethos, a calm working culture, and a growing number of projects and sub-brands.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the studio. This is a part-time role working 16 hours per week (3/4 shorter days per week).
Role Purpose
To keep the studio running smoothly by providing general administrative support, organising materials and samples, assisting with scheduling and communications, and supporting both the Director and wider team with essential operational tasks.
This is a practical, supportive role within a small, fast-growing design studio -- ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and loves bringing structure and calm to a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration:
Manage inbox filing, flagging and organisation
Assist with scheduling site visits, meetings and diary coordination
Answer phone calls and greet visitors when in the studio
Prepare documents, print packs and organise files
Support with studio organisation, tidiness and general running
Handle post, packages and courier arrangements
Assist with basic bookkeeping prep (filing receipts, logging expenses)
Sample & Studio Organisation
Receive, unpack and organise samples
Maintain and label the studio sample library
Coordinate returns, exchanges and supplier sample orders
Keep the studio workspace clean, organised and presentable
Supporting the Team
Support the Procurement Coordinator with low-level admin (not order placing), such as checking deliveries against schedules or filing paperwork
Prepare documents for design presentations (printing, binding, labelling)
Run simple errands locally where needed (mileage paid)
Client & Supplier Communication
Respond politely and professionally to basic enquiries
Follow up with suppliers for sample lead times where needed
Maintain polite and warm communication on behalf of the studio
Skills & Qualities
We're looking for someone who is:

Calm, reliable and trustworthy
Strong with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, Google Drive)
Good at keeping spaces tidy and systems in order
Able to learn quickly and adapt to studio needs
