We are looking for Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resources operations and managing office administration to ensure a productive and positive work environment. The role includes handling employee on/ offboarding, documentation management, and responding to HR-related inquiries.

In addition, the Office Administrator maintains office facilities, manages supplies and vendors, supports internal events, and ensures compliance with relevant employment regulations. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Office Admin Responsibilities



Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies Welcome visitors and manage office access, security protocols, and building relationships with vendors Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Manage office decor and create a welcoming, brand-aligned work environment Plan and execute office events, team lunches, and seasonal activities to foster a positive culture.

Human Resources Responsibilities



Draft employment contracts based on the company template and manage onboarding documentation for new hires Respond to internal employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures Manage right-to-work compliance and ensure employee eligibility verification Administer employee leave programs, including sick leave and other absences Handle pension and insurance administration processes Address day-to-day HR-related matters raised by employees Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Collaborate with the payroll team by collecting necessary documentation from new employees

Key qualifications:



Education:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or HR Relevant work experience can compensate for the absence of formal educational qualifications

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a combined HR and office management role (or similar Knowledge of HR practices and employment law (especially right-to-work compliance) Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Hybrid Office Policy:



Monday & Friday work from home Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
