Honeyrose Bakery is an exclusive craft bakery specialising in delicious cookies, toasts, and bars made to traditional recipes. We proudly supply food service providers, major retailers, and independents. Our dynamic, multicultural team of 50 staff thrives in a happy, professional, and collaborative environment.

We are currently looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator

to join our small, friendly office team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, take on responsibility, and contribute to the smooth running of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Orders & Logistics



Process customer orders and communicate with customers daily Prepare picking and packing paperwork and raise production reports Coordinate transport and liaise with logistics providers

HR Administration



Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries Manage recruitment, staff onboarding, training coordination, and appraisals Handle HR documentation and ensure compliance with employment law Support implementation of company policies and best practices

Office & General Administration



Answer incoming calls and respond to email enquiries Maintain registers, records, and file management systems Perform data entry and general office tasks Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal events

Requirements



Proven experience in office administration or a similar administrative role Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills required) Experience with Sage 200 is preferred, but not essential Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
