Key Responsibilities
Manage general administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Liaise with UK-based suppliers, landlords, and service providers.
Support financial administration such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payments.
Maintain and update company records, ensuring compliance with UK requirements.
Assist with HR documentation, onboarding, and recruitment coordination.
Prepare and manage official documents, reports, and internal communications.
Requirements

Strong communication and organisational skills.
Prior experience in office administration or operations.
Familiarity with UK business or government procedures (e.g., HMRC, Companies House).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with startups or small businesses.
Understanding of UK accounting or compliance documentation.
