We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting various departments. Duties



Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required Support accounts payable/receivable processes and basic bookkeeping tasks Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management Provide general administrative support to team members as needed Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times

Requirements



Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed Good communication skills, including phone etiquette and written correspondence Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently Familiarity with clerical procedures and administrative best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Cold calling potential landlords

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
