Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Duties



Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Supporting invoicing, billing, and other financial administrative functions using QuickBooks Coordinating office supplies procurement and inventory management Providing general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents Ensuring the office environment remains organised, clean, and welcoming

Qualifications



Proven office experience or administrative background with a strong understanding of office procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry Experience in the building industry is essential with a background knowledge on Health and Safety policies, method statements and other job requirements. Good communication skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette Familiarity with basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and mailing documents Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
