Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management
Answer and direct phone calls with professional etiquette
Schedule appointments and organise meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
Maintain accurate records using software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping through QuickBooks
Support administrative projects and prepare reports as required
Handle correspondence via email and other communication channels
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised
Provide support to team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Skills
Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently whilst supporting team efforts
Clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
