We are a busy and growing immigration law firm seeking a reliable and organised
Administrative & Social Media Assistant
to support our legal team and assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a varied role combining
administrative support
with
social media and online presence management
.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the legal team
Managing client files, both electronic and paper-based
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally
Booking appointments and managing diaries
Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Assisting with billing, invoicing, and general office administration
Updating and managing the firm's social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)
Creating and scheduling basic social media content
Assisting with website updates where required
Supporting compliance and data protection procedures
Person Specification
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems
Confidence using social media platforms
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous administrative experience preferred (legal or professional services desirable but not essential)
Ability to speak Russian or Ukrainian is highly desirable
Additional language skills are an advantage
