Office Administrator (Care Provider Experience Required)
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has
previous experience working within a care provider or healthcare setting
and understands the importance of compliance, organisation, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the office and management team
Answering incoming calls and emails
Maintaining accurate staff and service user records in line with care sector and safeguarding standards
Supporting onboarding and compliance processes, including DBS, right to work, and training documentation
Assisting with referrals, record keeping, and general office coordination
Supporting the Care Coordinator and Service Manager with administrative tasks as required
Updating and maintaining systems such as
Roundsys
and
Lief
Ensuring documentation is organised, up to date, and ready for audit or review
Essential Requirements
Previous
administration experience within a care provider or healthcare setting
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience using care management systems such as
Roundsys
and
Lief
Familiarity with compliance processes (DBS, right to work, training records)
Experience supporting rotas or HR/admin functions within care
