Office Administrator
Main Purpose of the job:
The Office Administrator will have day to day responsibility to ensure smooth operation of the office in Ludlow, Shropshire. You will be working directly with senior staff and interact with all employees therefore good communication skills are essential. Key responsibilities will include taking calls and reception duties, maintaining office supplies, receiving deliveries, recording minutes, creation of purchase orders, assistance with marketing and social media, together with many other duties which makes this position varied and stimulating. At times the office manager will be asked to assist with timely requests for assistance with tasks such as sourcing materials or services therefore they must have the ability to be accommodating and flexible with their work. The office manager must be organised with good time management.
