Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Requirements
Previous office experience is desirable but training can be provided to the right candidate with attitude to learn.
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
