We have the ability to deliver a full package of works, with the infrastructure to support construction projects within 150mile radius from our office.
We are therefore looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing operations team:
Main Responsibilities:
First point for all incoming phone calls.
Manage company inbox & Microsoft teams.
Providing general administrative support for the Operations team.
Generation of weekly Q/A reports, pulling data from quality databases and comprising customer reports in line with the weekly progress updates.
Collate data and produce documentation for new and existing projects.
Raise completion certificates & manuals.
Providing help and assistance with any other duties as and when necessary.
About you:
Must have previous experience in administration, construction industry background would be an advantage but not essential.
Must be proactive with a high level of attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
A willingness to learn and adjust with the ever-changing demands of a fast-moving business environment
Well organised and logical approach to problem solving with the ability to prioritise
Ability to work well withing a team whilst having the confidence to work on their own initiative.
Have a good working knowledge of MS office: Word & Excel.
Package on offer:
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5:00pm (flexible)
20 days holiday (pro-rata) + bank holidays

Permanent contract
6-month probation period

23,000.00-26,000.00 per year based on experience.
