Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries professionally
Booking in jobs and updating internal scheduling systems
Managing emails and responding to customer queries
Maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation
Assisting with general office tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing
Liaising with team members, customers, and suppliers
Supporting management with administrative duties as required
About You:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confident in using computers and basic office software
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
Friendly, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
