General Description:
The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. This
position is responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, supporting staff and management,
and maintaining organised booking systems. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with
excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role contributes to a positive and productive work environment by
keeping office processes running seamlessly and providing reliable administrative support across all departments.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Acting as a security point in reception
Managing visitors on site
Controlling access and direction of deliveries/third parties, etc
Arranging PPE for all visitors, etc
Meeting room management (main office) - co-ordinate with training with the training room requirements
Other administrative workload (incoming post, couriers, arranging food for visitor meetings, maintaining office
supplies etc)
General Facilities admin support as required by the Facilities Manager
Responsible for maintaining the company website and social media
Social Media:
Monitor engagement and foster community interaction
Collaborate with management to align social media campaigns with company goals and events

Education Requirements/Person Specification:
Proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, or a similar role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, scheduling tools
