Overview



MPH is looking to recruit an Administrator to support the needs of the business. This is a varied support role within a growing team delivering projects for public bodies across North Wales and the Northwest of England.

You will provide day-to-day office support to Contracts Managers, Site Managers, and Maintenance Engineers, liaising with staff across multiple departments and project teams.

This role offers full training and development in all required aspects, including support in gaining an understanding of specific processes. The position is permanent, full-time, and office based. Salary will be offered based on experience.

Job Duties will include:



Working collaboratively with various project teams and subcontractors to coordinate the collation of information for operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals for clients. Dispatching periodic client reports accurately and on time. Preparing health and safety folders for site teams. Filing, storing, and recording incoming information in line with MPH procedures. Printing, copying, and scanning documents. Periodically archiving hard-copy documentation. Answering the telephone, directing calls, and taking messages as appropriate. Providing general administrative support to the wider business.

Who we are looking for:



Strong IT skills, with the ability to confidently use Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience working within the construction industry and/or collating large volumes of documentation would be beneficial. Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. A self-starter with the ability to use their own initiative. The ability to work effectively within a team environment and communicate with staff at all levels.

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
