We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at PHOENIX CLINIC & RESOURCE CENTRE. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, allowing us to focus on delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data integrity.

Requirements

Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.80-13.70 per hour
