Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
Proficient computer skills, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
