You will be a key point of contact within the business, providing administrative support to management and ensuring office operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record keeping
Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Keeping our Website updated
Supporting accounts tasks such as invoicing, expenses, and purchase orders
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and external partners
Maintaining a tidy and well-organised office environment
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good knowledge of social media and I.T skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
