Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Office Administrator
to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to multiple departments. This is a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and excellent communication within the business.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain office systems, records, and documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Assist with procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination.
Support HR processes, including onboarding and compliance documentation.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel.
Prepare reports and assist with data entry and invoicing.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in office administration or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
Experience in energy, utilities, or construction sectors.
Knowledge of health and safety compliance.
