Key Responsibilities
Database & Systems Management
Review and update customer details across our database, website, and QuickBooks.
Ensure timely processing of renewals and maintain accurate records. This has not been done for a long time!
Event & Resource Coordination
Organize events and manage logistics (e.g., ordering ELA-branded pens, notebooks, meter cupboard keys).
Coordinate with Exhibitors.
Customer Service
Answer incoming calls and provide first-line support to customers.
Send out documents to our landlords.
Add Landlords properties to Zoopla and respond to Enquiries
Assist with scheduling and follow-up communications.
Cover the phones for our weekly meeting.
Marketing & Engagement
Create and schedule social media posts to maintain brand visibility.
Add the blog to the website and sort all the Pictures and SEOs etc.
Support podcast production and related content creation.
Additional Responsibilities
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in administrative workflows and propose solutions.
Assist in implementing digital tools for better task tracking and collaboration.
Community & Member Engagement
Develop strategies to increase member participation in events and online platforms.
Manage email newsletters and announcements.
Content Development
Help create promotional materials for events and podcasts.
Maintain a content calendar for social media and podcasts.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Must be someone already in the
property/lettings sector
or with strong interest in becoming a landlord.
Familiarity with property management processes and customer service in the housing sector would be a plus.

Be incredibly good on social media especially Tiktok Creating online content and pushing out on socials.
